CAMPING:

There are three camping areas at Shivoostock;

RIVER CAMP

STARWOOD

&

SLEEPY HOLLOW.

RIVER CAMP is nestled on either side of The Forest Stage along the river and continues all the way to the entrance to Shivoo Strip. At the end of RIVER CAMP is the main camp fire circle.

STARWOOD is located amongst tall trees with excellent star views at the very end of Shivoo Strip - the perfect camp spot for those who want be out at SCOUT HOP! into the wee hours.

SLEEPY HOLLOW is a family friendly camping area for those who would like a quieter and/or child friendly atmosphere away from the action. There is a magical woodland obstacle course perfect for children adjoining SLEEP HOLLOW. This camp has its own shallow river spot that is safe for children to explore.

Caravans are welcome but there are no powered sites available.

Shivoostock pass holders will receive SHIVOO SCOUT INFO PACKS via email two weeks before Shivoostock with - a map of the camp, directions to Shivoostock, playing times & and other vital info for Shivoostock pass holders.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please pack and prepare for all kinds of weather, Shivoostock will happen rain, hail or shine.

NO GAS BOTTLES. NO GLASS. NO KEGS.

Shivoo Scout Info Packs will include full details on what to bring and what not to bring.

CASH ONLY:

Do to the remote location of Shivoostock we are unable to provide eftpos services. Remember to bring cash to use at food stalls, bars, showers, ice and souvenir shops, etc.

BYO:

BYO is welcome at Shivoostock but not on SHIVOO STRIP - this is our licensed area which is set away from THE FOREST STAGE. SHIVOO STRIP is home to our boutique bars, delectable local food stalls, Moon Lodge & The Mess Hall.

FOOD STALLS:

A variety of delectable local food stalls will be set up on SHIVOO STRIP

operating Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 am until late.

THE SOUP SHOW

COFFEE:

Coffee trucks and tea stands will be operating from 8 am until late

located on SHIVOO STRIP.

BARS:

Bars are located on SHIVOO STRIP and will be operating

Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm until 1 am.

CAMP BREKKIE:

Delicious camp style vegan brekkie will be served in the Mess Hall

compliments of

Captain Jack.

Saturday and Sunday mornings

8 am - 11 am.

Camp Brekkie is included in the ticket price.

CHILDREN:

Children 12 and under are free and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. You must obtain a Shivoostock Pass for your child via the ticket link. SCOUT HOP! is a child free zone- 18 + only. Children are most welcome, however Shivoostock is a place where grown-ups get to embrace their child spirits and play free in the forest. Please only bring your children if you are committed to looking after them for the duration of the festival. If you are attending Shivoostock with children 12 or under we ask that you camp at SLEEPY HOLLOW which is a little bit quieter and set away from the action.

AMENITIES:

There are clean and maintained Toilets and Showers at Shivoostock. The main amenities block is located just off of Shivoo Strip and additional toilet blocks at Starwood and River Camp.

- the amenities block and both halls are wheel chair accessible.

There are camping areas on flat grass. Dirt pathways are wide enough and well maintained.

DRIVING:

There is strictly NO DRIVING around the camp unless you are arriving or going home. Once you’ve arrived and set up camp we ask that you please do not drive. If you think you might need to leave for any reason, please park in the designated car parking area away from the camp sites and main festival areas.

SNEAKING IN

All access points to Shivoostock will be marked by security at all times. This festival is too small to go unnoticed without a wristband. Please respect the hard work put in to bring this festival to life and be fair to everyone who pays to get in. Thank you.
